My friend has just been organising a party for her daughter and has been telling me about where she managed to get some good novelty hats. They are having a fancy dress party but have decided to give everyone a hat with their invitation and then ask them to dress up using the hat as part of their costume. This should be good fun for the guests and it has got me thinking about using party hats for something that I am organising soon. I am actually going to be hosting a fancy dress party and it could be a good way to make sure that people do not come as the same thing. I think that it will help to inspire them for getting a good costume and I think that it will make it a lot of fun as people can chat about their hats and how they decided on that particular outfit and it will be a great ice breaker for everyone. I am sure that everyone will like it and even those who do not like dressing up can wear an outfit which matches their hat or come up with a story, whey they could not.
